My dad's X-mas present

My dad was always telling everyone that he wanted a mustang for christmas. Thats pretty much all he ever talked about. And being the loving caring person I am I got him one.

Yep i got this baby at Walmart the most visited store in Blackfoot for $200.

Ha ha ha Jack is such a funny horse lol. I love these guys they are my best friends. Each of them have their own personalities as u can tell but I love them all.

My Favor!+e Pal

Brandy is my 7 yr old, bay, POA/Quarter horse, pony. She thinks she is the fastest horse in the universe. (Alot of times I dont doubt it) Shes my partner for life and we are going through the Parelli program together! We have already passed *our* level one test, and working on level two.

These past few years that I've had her we have taken part in 4-H. This year I dont think we will be taking part in that. We will focus on parelli, freestyle reining, and rodeo. I know she has the heart to do all of those things and I'm pretty sure we can accomplish our goals for this year if we work hard at it.

When I first got Brandy we didn't know a whole lot about one another. Like what each others buttons were. Me and Tello (my step dad) didnt know that Brandy loved to run! When we first discovered Brandy liked the challenge of racing against other horses my cousin Abbi was the one riding her. Me, Tello, and Abbi were riding up Sugar Creek. Tello wanted to race (really to show off his mustang Jack) Well Tello said go and me and him were running side by side with Brandy and Abbi a good ways back. Suddenly Abbi starts to scream! We didnt know what she was screaming about and we gave each other funny looks because Brandy was a very gentle horse and was obediant. By the time we turned our heads around to see why Abbi was screaming bloody murdur Brandy came flying inbetween me and Tello's horses!! Abbi was screaming, "STOP HER!! STOP HER!!!" Abbi's face showed complete terror! While Brandy had her ears pinned back flat and her eyes narrowed in determination! There was no chance of her losing that race! Abbi finally got her stopped by running her twords a fence. When me and Tello caught up to her Abbi's hair was wind blown, her face was white, and all she said was, "Holly cow!" Thats when it all started.

Now that we dont live in the beautiful mountains and we cant race up and down and all around the mountains trying to beat our our time we have to live on the desert and race cars. I'd rather race our times than race cars but what ever.
